New Patients: Please arrive on time, or 15 minutes early, so we can better serve all of our patients. The doctors strive to stay on schedule every day; but we cannot predict when a patient may require more of the doctor's time and attention due to unforseen circumstances. If you have to wait, please know we are doing our very best to respect your time and schedule. Remember that we will also give YOU that extra time, if and when the circumstance arises. Please dress comfortably and bring any medical information you feel will be helpful to explain your situation. Current X-rays or blood work are always helpful. You may complete your paperwork in advance (SEE CHIROPRACTIC FORMS section) to save time in the waiting room. Please let our office know ASAP if you cannot make it to your appointment or if you are running late. We DO accept walk-in appointments, but prefer scheduled visits if possible, in order to keep the doctors on schedule. Your initial consultation will provide time for you and the doctor to discuss your health issues and determine the proper course of treatment. We offer many treatment options including spinal adjustments, acupuncture or nutritional supplements. We may refer you for Xray, MRI or another provider if necessary. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with any procedure or treatment and the doctors will be happy to accommodate your needs to best suit your preferences. Please let us know about ALL insurance you have, any workers comp claims, or if you've had an auto accident--in order to properly bill your claims. Please bring your payment each visit for your deductible and copayments.
