We accept all patients, but we do not accept insurance. We do not have the time to submit claims to 100s of insurance companies with different rules/policies. In the past there have been way too many problems with insurance denials, restrictions on coverage, and paperwork hassles to meet medical necessity requirements. So, to avoid any surprise bills we are now offering an affordable discount rate to avoid the insurance hassles. We understand that you may want to use your insurance if you feel you have coverage for your care in our office. We are happy to provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company in order to request reimbursement sent directly to your home.
We require payment at the time of services, unless other arrangements have been made.

You may submit your bills to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement, but there is no guarantee of payment. You will soon discover that our rates are likely less than if you use insurance elsewhere due to higher rates, deductibles, coinsurance, copays and straight denials or limitations on number of allowed visits. We are choosing to focus our time and energy on quality care instead of insurance hassles.
